Always needed: Men’s boxer briefs, men’s clack or white crew socks, jeans size 30 to 36, XL t-shirts, sheets, towels, blankets, men’s sneakers and belts, as well as toiletries in hotel sizes.

Mother of Mercy House
Mother of Mercy House was founded with a simple desire to be the presence of Christ in the community. The team at the Mother of Mercy House works each day to meet the spiritual, physical and emotional needs of the Kensington community with love, while sharing the mercy of God.
Needed weekly: meat sandwiches (PB&J in the summertime) for distribution in Kensington every Wednesday. A car will leave at noon from 507 Poplar Rd, Flourtown. Place sandwiches in the cooler on the porch on any Wednesday morning. No need to sign up! Feel free to participate when you can. Your donations are greatly appreciated!
Also needed: pasta and sauce, rice & cereal of all kinds. Donations can be delivered to the Narthex or to the porch noted above.

The Respect Life Committee
The Respect Life Committee lives the truth of the Church’s teaching that all life from conception to natural death is entitled to respect and protection. This committee supports pro-life organizations that help pregnant women in crisis through educational events, supply collections and prayer as well as contributing funds. Members volunteer at Mary’s House, Guiding Star Ministries and Legacy of Life Foundation. Some of the committee’s events include a “Baby Bottle” fundraiser, diaper drives and a spiritual adoption of an unborn baby. They host a holy hour for life, supporting the March for Life through prayer.
