Parish Outreach

Wondering what you can do to become involved with parish outreach?  Here are some ideas:

St. Francis Inn can always use men’s boxer briefs, jeans size 32 or 34, medium T-shirts, sheets of all sizes, towels, men’s sneaks and belts, toiletries in hotel sizes, Pine Sol, 13 gallon bags, snacks of all sorts. Contact: Elizabeth Gavula, 215-292-6976

Mother of Mercy House would appreciate meat sandwiches (not complete lunch) for distribution in Kensington every Wednesday.  A car will leave weekly at noon from 507 Poplar Rd, Flourtown.  Place sandwiches in the cooler on the porch on any Wednesday morning.  No need to sign up.  Participate when you can. Contact: Pat Somers, 215-284-4511

Nonperishables are always needed:  Bottled water, juice boxes, cereal, pancake mix and syrup, tuna, peanut butter, jelly, soups, canned meat, rice, beans, pasta, tomato sauce, snacks.  Deliver to the narthex.  OR Deliver to the porch at 507 Poplar Rd, Flourtown specifically for the Kensington ministries (St. Francis Inn, Mother of Mercy House, SSJ Welcome Center).
